Frances Jean Doak, 91, of Charlottetown, P.E.I., and formerly of Moncton, N.B., passed away peacefully at her residence on Monday, April, 29, 2013.
Born in Saint John, she was the daughter of the late Lester and Kathleen (Crawford) Mollins. Frances was a Music Specialist in Moncton area schools from 1970 – 1978 and was an artist and award winning poet. She attended Tiferes Israel Synagogue in Moncton and was a past member of The Sister Hood at Tiferes Israel Synagogue.
Frances will be sadly missed by her daughter, Shirley Argent (Anthony) of Sherwood, P.E.I.; son, Gordon Doak of Moncton, N.B.; grandchildren, Amy Argent (Nick Diamond) and Jesse Argent (Jennifer); great-grandchildren, Nathanial, Braelyn, Ayla, Kingston, Zachary and Nicholas; sister, Susan Pickett (Donald) of Perth-Andover and several nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, Frances was predeceased by her husband, Harry Doak (1999) and sister, Shirley.
